Announcement Regarding Applications for Excuse Midterm Exams
From our students studying at our university, those who could not attend the Midterm Exams in the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year due to their excuses Excuse Midterm Exams those who want to participate; starting from November 27, 2023, until November 29, 2023, at 24:00 https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu by filling out the Excuse Form at the address or by submitting a petition and its attachments showing their excuses to the dean's offices/directorates of the faculty/YO/MYO they are registered to in person they need to apply.
Students who want to apply online need to check and approve the information that appears after logging in with their student number and student information system (ÖBİS) passwords and follow the steps below.
· They need to enter the course and course instructor information and click the “Add Course Information” button,
· They need to briefly state their reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam,
· If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, they need to upload the relevant documents (health report, death certificate, etc.) in PDF format,
· After filling in the fields marked with (*) completely, they need to click the “Submit Application to Unit” button to complete the process.
The specified application periods will not be extended under any circumstances, and all responsibility regarding the application lies with the student.
Applications for the excuse exam of Common Elective Courses (OSD) will be made to the unit where the course is offered.
