Students who have newly registered to our college and wish to be exempted from the courses they have previously taken at Higher Education Institutions should fill out the attached form and apply with an approved transcript and course contents either physically or by scanning and sending via e-mail (gubyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr) no later than 16.10.2020 by the end of the working day. Our students can apply only at the beginning of the academic year they are enrolled in (those who attend preparatory classes and those who freeze their registration in the first semester can apply in the first semester they return) for the courses available in the “Curriculum Status” in the Student Information System, in accordance with our University's “Exemption and Adaptation Directive”. Applications made later will not be accepted. However, those whose courses have not yet been fully determined can apply only for the “newly determined courses” at the beginning of the academic year when their new courses are determined.
Exemption requests are evaluated and concluded by the college administrative board.
Note: The responsibility for delays caused by the mail lies with the student.
