Within the scope of the Regional Development Focused Mission Differentiation and Specialization Program, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ), which has signed qualified and pioneering projects in the field of livestock, continues its efforts for the Livestock Technologies R&D and Innovation Festival (HAYTEKFEST).
Project applications in the themes determined in the field of livestock have started to be accepted for the HAYTEKFEST Project Competition to be organized within the scope of the festival.
The main theme of HAYTEKFEST, which will be held on March 09-11, 2023, is Sustainable Development and Sustainable Livestock. There are 9 different sub-themes under the main theme.
In the festival, the first place project will be awarded 100 thousand TL, the second place 75 thousand TL, and the third place 50 thousand TL. Additionally, the projects that rank will be encouraged and supported to be transformed into value-added products, services, and processes with sectoral consultancy.
All projects participating in the festival will have the opportunity to meet with sector actors and investors and present their projects. Moreover, thanks to the festival, thematic specialization and entrepreneurship environment in the livestock sector, which is important for the country's and region's economy, will be made attractive.
